2017 Circle of Excellence Awards
Circle of Excellence spotlights the Central Valley’s most influential businesswomen. We're looking for women from every industry and profession that have made a difference in our communities, blazed a trail for the rest of us and are leaving a mark on Central Valley business.
Nominees for this award are women who:
Demonstrate strong and growing commitment to the community through their organization and community service.
Demonstrate exceptional skills as a role model or mentor for women and girls through advocacy, community service, and leadership.
Has achieved professional excellence in their field.

Rising Star Category
In addition to the 5 Circle of Excellence honorees, we're pleased to accept nominations for the "Rising Star" award, given to an up and coming woman, 35 years or younger. To nominate a rising star candidate, fill out the same form below and indicate if this person should be considered for the Rising Star award and provide birth date for verification of her age.
To nominate a woman for the “Circle of Excellence” please complete the enclosed application form and submit as noted below. Please be as descriptive as possible and answer each question thoroughly. You may include magazine and newspaper articles, résumés or other supporting documents, but do not send scrapbooks, audio or videotapes. Nominations are confidential.
Recipients will be notified by the committee after final decisions in October. Nominators will be contacted via mail.

The Circle of Excellence Committee will not consider incomplete applications.
Description of nominee’s volunteerism MUST include work done outside of their professional job. Awards will not be given for volunteerism done as part of nominee’s daily job.
Supporting documents (i.e., magazine, résumés and newspaper articles) should be mailed to the above address for attachment to the faxed or emailed nomination form.
Nominees also must be headquartered in the Central Valley area. This includes:
Tulare, Fresno, Madera and Merced Counties.
Companies/organizations headquartered outside of the serving territory are permitted to be nominated should the entity have a strong presence in the Central Valley
