Jovan Agee is the State of California’s Deputy Treasurer, charged with developing and directing Treasurer Fiona Ma’s housing and economic development strategy. As Deputy Treasurer, he oversees six divisions that administer incentives to advance economic development including, the federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program.
